Mindfulness is the psychological process of bringing one's attention to experiences occurring in the present moment which can be developed through the practice of meditation and other training.
The practice of maintaining a nonjudgmental state of being heightened or complete awareness of one's thoughts, emotions, or experiences on a moment to moment basis.
There are only two days in the year that nothing can be done. One is called yesterday and the other is called tomorrow. Today is the right day to love, believe, do and mostly live.

Brian Tolentino is the sole proprietor of Self-Centered. He had struggled with anxiety and panic attacks for a while, and was determined to find a solution. It was not an easy journey, as help was hard to find. After visiting numerous hospitals, seeing doctors and naturopaths, he chose to take an esoteric approach. He decided to try Meditation.
He visited a monastery which was led by Sri Lankan Monks. He also seeked help from Herbal Masters in Chinese and Indian Practices. He developed the knowledge and continues to perfect his abilities through many different schools of thought. Brian's education in applied counseling, and working with at risk youth have also contributed to hone his skills at helping others.
His approach is simple Meditate and Listen.
