I've seen 'many' healers in 'many' forms, but I hadn't encountered someone I felt could precisely zero in on my issues, like plucking a needle from a haystack, and very gently and with a soft, humorous touch, guide me in the right direction. She makes it look easy, although it's not. She's the real deal in my book, and I want to jump up and down and tell everyone about her, as I feel like I've found this talented, wise soul almost by accident. Having suffered from on and off episodes of depression, binging and anger issues for ten years, I will begin by telling you that finding Janice was a great relief! Having been to quite a few psychologists and doctors over the years, I felt I knew the score with conventional psychotherapy.  Whilst a course of antidepressants can be very helpful on a bio-chemical level, and CBT helped me with some problem thoughts - the emotional and spiritual sides were something I found hard, if not impossible to address in a satisfactory manner in psychotherapy.

From my first appointment with Janice I was struck by her warmth and humour.  In short order, she helped me pinpoint the main issues that I was experiencing and had already set me on my first 'mission' to get beyond the emotional stagnancy I have been living. I have found Janice's sessions to be a lot like play; I'll go in feeling upset, irritated or anxious and come out not only feeling lighter but purposeful about setting to work using the insights gained from the therapeutic session.  I may not come back for three or four months whilst I am experimenting with the exercises she has set. There is no feeling of dependence here; just a feeling of childlike fun, like going to a very occasional college class in spirituality and emotion - and having the best homework ever! 

In addition to therapy, I have had a Reiki session with Janice and found it a powerful and peaceful experience.  This, in combination with the therapy, proved to be an awesome combination for me personally.

Janice's therapy is creative therapy, given by a woman with huge experience, a small ego and boundless love. Whilst my depressive episodes and sensitivity are probably always going to be with me,  I now have more tools to help me cope, and beyond coping - to help me create, to expand, to renew and to grow.

Dearest Janice

You have been an incredible ally to me, in the way that you playfully pointed out when I was being hurtful to myself. And the insights that you have shared about me have propelled me to live my life more in accordance with my true nature.

Your psychic and intuitive abilities steered me in the directions of my own hidden dreams. I am so grateful of the sacred and safe space that you hold for people. It allowed me to be vulnerable and embrace my feelings, thoughts and fears without judgement so I could move beyond them honouring my true essence and purpose.

Since working with you Janice, many things have shifted in my life. I went from smoking, working pointlessly at a job that did not resonate with me, and feeling very lonely and sorry for myself - but now many things have changed.

I no longer smoke and I literally met the man of my dreams with whom I have been living on the pacific coast of Mexico for the past year and a half.  We are caretakers of a beautful eco-ranch, near the beach, amidst the lively lush jungle, looking after a cute ranch house with lots of animals: goats, horses, donkey, dog, chickens and a beautiful garden (all of which I love so much!!) 

I was always afraid of living the way my heart truly desired, instead of just going for it and doing whatever it is that would bring joy to my life, even if it seemed crazy and far fetched to others. The most important part I believe is to honour and follow what your heart and spirit truly guides you to do. Thank you Janice, you have inspired and assisted me in connecting with my own inner guidance.
